Lockdown 2 Vlog | Back to Where We Were

From your feedback on the videos, I posted during the previous lockdown I know that many of you outdoors enthusiasts were stuck at home. Many of you said that my videos of nature and outdoor settings were helpful in getting through these difficult times. Since many countries are reimposing travel restrictions, aka lockdowns, I decided to start posting regular short videos of nature and landscapes to cheer you up and hopefully help you get through this round of lockdowns. Let me know if you like the idea and the videos!

Episode 25: Mental Health and the Outdoors with Gráinne Clancy

Listen on Apple Podcasts Listen on Google Podcasts

Gráinne Clancy is a counsellor, psychotherapist and owner of Clancy Care Counselling. Gráinne has vast experience working with people who are going through hard times in their lives. So, I was delighted to have the opportunity to talk with her about how being in the outdoors benefits mental health. You can think of our discussion as an expansion on an article published on Tommy’s Outdoors blog titled, “Benefits of the Outdoors”. It was a very interesting conversation and I would encourage everyone to listen to it.
